It has two single beds built into a wall, a bathroom, and large L shaped couch which makes into a queen bed. There is sufficient floor space for a couple of blow-up mattress should there be a need for additional sleeping facilities. The studio also has a kitchenette which includes a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, single element burner, and modest kitchen utensils and dishware. The Studio/Sunroom is not visible from the cottage as it is on the downward slope of the property on the other side of the garage. It is nicely decorated. There is heating and a TV with DVD player. No Wi-Fi and no cable. The home's position is about 1/2 mile SE of the Village, 2 blocks from the head of Mission Trails, and 1 mile east of the beautiful Pacific Ocean, which you can walk to through trails and side streets. It is a heavily wooded area with streets which twist and turn around trees and irregular properties (in Carmel-by-the-Sea it is illegal to cut down any pine or oak trees). Read less
