Queen-sized Heavenly bed, 2 sofas (one is a pull-out Queen), 2 easy chairs, stationary bike, bath w/ shower, kitchenette w/ full-sized fridge, microwave, sink, Keurig coffee maker. Private entrance, large furnished patio with outstanding mountain and city views. The location can't be beat...walk out the door for great hiking; an 18-hole, Par 71 country club golf course is a few blocks away; fine dining, shopping and art galleries are but a 10 minute drive. Under most circumstances you will have access to the property's pool, yard, kitchen and washer/dryer. If the main house is occupied by other guests, this might not be the case, however you'll know ahead of time.
